How is this different from Google Translate or MTL sites?

When you start partway into a novel, NovelTL looks up the English names readers already use, from fan wikis and community glossaries, and uses those. If one still feels wrong, rename it. Your rename applies to every chapter you read and only you see it.
How good is the translation?
