Takedown requests

NovelTL does not host chapter text and has no public list of novels. It keeps novel titles, chapter numbers and links to the original publisher only to power release alerts and each novel's glossary. Translations are made on request for one reader and are never shown to anyone else.

If you hold the rights to a novel and want it removed from NovelTL, we will stop the extension from translating it, usually within 2 business days.

How to send a request

Email takedown@noveltl.app with:

• The novel title and a link to it on the original site.
• Your name, organisation and contact details.
• A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• For a formal DMCA notice: a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, mark the novel as removed, and reply when it's done. From then on the extension shows readers that the novel was removed at the rights holder's request.
